I am Jasmin, a soul empowerment and motivational life coach based in beautiful Puget Sound's Olympia, Washington.
My goal is to help individuals navigate the overwhelming and complex world of Self discovery. Whether you are seeking Motivational coaching, basic life coaching guidance or an opportunity to answer the big questions of your Self- I am more than happy to assist you in the voyage, and provide all the information, support and/or referrals you need to make inspiring and confident decisions about your life, as well as rediscover your joy for soulful abundance.

My Story:
I grew up in a multi-ethnic environment, experienced social oppression first hand as a woman in the Middle East. Over the decades I have traveled to several continents and explored the diversity as well as the similarities between cultures and its people thanks to my own bi-cultural background. I have practiced mindful meditation and yoga for over two decades now, and I have studied under the teachings of several motivational teachers and empowerment coaches. I completed course studies and certifications as well as personal in depth research through many different modalities. Some of my in person and/or material based teachers are Louise Hay, Deepak Chopra, Joe Dispenza, Christiane Northrup, Wayne Dyer, Eckhart Tolle, Tony Robinson, Stephen Covey, Iyanla Vanzant, and many others.
I also have a solid background in theology, religious and spiritual studies, healthy lifestyle and nutrition, parenting and early education, Middle Eastern issues, women and gender identity, facing trauma, personal growth, coping with cancer, as well as mediation work for conflict resolution.
I am no stranger to adversity and challenge. I have dealt with personal health crisis, close to home suicide and alcoholism, discrimination, relationship failures and successes, parenting roller-coasters, questioned spirituality, and reinvented my purpose after hitting rock bottom.
I am currently working on my first book, my story of trauma and triumph. Title and release date TBA.
I love working with eager individuals as well as desperate souls in search of their innate power and strength. I am comfortable with humans (and dogs!) of all ages and genders/transgenders. My goal is to help people find their voice and live their truth on all levels, body, mind and soul.
